Ashley Addiction Treatment
Nikki Soda is a seasoned advocate and strategic leader with more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a master’s degree in Addiction Policy from Georgetown University and is deeply committed to advancing ethical, evidence-based treatment through public policy, advocacy, and systems change at both the state and national levels.
Nikki serves as Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships at Ashley Addiction Treatment, where she leads legislative strategy, cultivates key partnerships, and strengthens engagement with policymakers and industry leaders. In this role, she works to align organizational growth with responsible treatment standards.
She is also the Executive Director of Soda’s Consulting, advising treatment organizations on public policy strategy, program development, alumni engagement, referral expansion, and operational growth. As co-president of the Treatment Professionals and Alumni Services board, Nikki champions best practices in long-term recovery support. She is known for translating vision into measurable impact while keeping quality of care at the center of every initiative.
