Cisco joined Hazelden Betty Ford in March 2023 as Chief Information Officer, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership for technology services across the organization. Prior to Hazelden Betty Ford, he served as Vice President of Information Systems at Allina Health, where he led enterprise clinical and non‑clinical technologies, including the Electronic Health Record. Earlier in his career, Cisco spent 15 years at Target Corporation in technology and data analytics leadership roles. Known for building highly engaged, high‑performing teams, his groups at both Allina and Target were recognized as top‑engagement teams. Cisco holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamline University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
