Dr. Amber Deckard, PsyD, is the Director of Neuro-Psychological Services & the Neurocognitive Assessment Program (NAP) for Caron Treatment Centers and serves on Caron’s interdisciplinary Restorative Brain Health Team. With more than 10 years of experience in clinical psychology, adult and geriatric neuropsychological and psychological assessment, neuropsychotherapy, Dr. Deckard specializes in evaluating the impact of injuries, illnesses, polypharmacy and psychological disorders on cognitive abilities and behavior. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Dr. Deckard holds undergraduate degrees from Indian River State College and Florida Atlantic University and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
