Project Turnabout Centers for Addiction Recovery
Marti Paulson is the Executive Director and CEO of Project Turnabout Addiction Recovery Centers. Since joining the organization in 2005, she has held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Director of External Relations, and Director of Healthcare and Intake Services.
Marti is a founding member and current President of the Minnesota Alliance of Rural Addiction Treatment Programs (MARATP). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Rural Health Association and the Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling. In these roles, she collaborates with rural treatment providers to advocate for legislative policies that support rural healthcare.
Marti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Business and Organizational Performance. She is also a Registered Nurse and one of the few nurses in Minnesota who is internationally certified as an Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN).
With more than 30 years of experience, Marti has served in a range of nursing and leadership capacities. She has presented at multiple state and national conferences on topics including problem gambling, substance use disorders, and rural healthcare.
