Phil Warren is the Chief Executive Officer of Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center & Above and Beyond Food Pantry, leading two 501(c)(3) nonprofits delivering free, walk-in, behavioral, outpatient addiction recovery and food security services on Chicago’s west side. Phil earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and prior to this role ran global businesses for over 25 years in the printing and packaging industries, for organizations ranging from the Fortune 50 to Private Equity. Phil now channels his executive expertise into expanding equitable access to care. Under his leadership, the organization has increased its reach among Chicago’s most marginalized communities, driving measurable improvements in recovery outcomes, stability, and pathways to housing and employment, while becoming accredited by the Joint Commision and receiving multiple grants from the MacArthur Foundation.
