National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG)
Jenna Hotaling is the Training Manager at the National Council on Problem Gambling. In her role, she develops, manages, and delivers training programs designed to support professionals and communities impacted by problem-gambling harm. Part of her work also includes evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and engaging sense of humor, Jenna is effective in building and sustaining meaningful stakeholder relationships. Jenna has over 5 years of experience in the problem gambling field and previously served as the Team Leader of the Finger Lakes Problem Gambling Resource Center, leading education and engagement efforts to increase awareness of problem gambling resources in her served region. Other notable past professions include project management, health promotion, and stakeholder engagement. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
